Overview
Working closely with Simon West and the production team, we delivered a variety of visual effects shots that served to augment this Chile-set crime caper.
Starring Antonio Banderas and Olga Kurylenko, Gun Shy features an ageing rock star whose wife is kidnapped while they're on vacation in South America.
Key sequences we undertook included a massive day-for-night DMP shot of a coastal hotel, statue replacement so that it features Banderas' likeness, a CG snake writhing underwater, an exploding henchman (complete with disembodied CG ear), sky replacement and more.
These were in addition to a number of screen replacement, muzzle flash and gore enhancement shots.
