Overview Our Production team are responsible for managing the artists, schedules and client expectations of all our film, TV and commercial VFX work. If you have a passion for supporting and organising creative projects, then this could be the role for you. Our VFX Production Managers are fundamental to our studio’s process and this could be an ideal next step for an experienced coordinator.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain the successful, ingest, scheduling and delivery of all projects – formally assessed through weekly job reports
Successful management of projects – assessed through provision of per job data and per client data.
All projects are delivered with pinch points and crunch times minimised by proper planning and advanced warning to producers.
Provide support to and organisation for VFX Supervisors and Producers.
Participate in client Cinesync or Microsoft Teams/Skype calls
Liaising with overseas vendors and experience in a global multi-site studio.
Client Sends, submission forms and collating material to be sent by our data IO team
Required Skills
Experience in VFX scheduling and high level of organisation/maintenance of databases pertaining to shots or assets.
Previous exposure to and/or proficient knowledge of: Microsoft Office applications, FTP software (Filezilla/CyberDuck), Mac and Windows literate, basic Linux, ShotGun, 7Zip and Aspera/Mediashuttle/SohoNet/MediaSilo etc.
Proficient client communication.
